Hi, I’m Andrew, and welcome to my blog. I’m currently a part-time student at Edith Cowan University in Perth, Australia. I’m studying a Bachelor of Arts majoring in writing, and I figured creating a blog would be a good way to practice my skills, as well as share my experiences and thoughts.

One of my greatest passions is travel. I’ve been traveling off and on since I was eight-years-old, and so far I’ve been all over my home country as well as the UK, USA, Ireland, the Netherlands, France, Monaco, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Vatican City, UAE, Mexico, Singapore and New Zealand. Some of these places I have been to more than others, but I have experiences and suggestions to share for each, and hopefully I’ll get around to writing them soon enough.

Another passion I have is for music. Having been exposed to many different kinds of genres over the years I’ve developed an interest in all kinds of sounds, from the mainstream to the obscure. Whether it is pop or rock, electronic or acoustic, old or new, there’s always something out there that’s worth discovering. Although I can’t play a musical instrument myself, I often seek out live acts and music festivals to experience the sounds and atmospheres that you can only experience in the moment. I’ve even been able to combine my passion for live music with my passion for travel to see performances overseas (Coachella was amazing).

My other interests include photographing sunsets, visiting the beach (we have some great ones in Perth), and cats (I have a fluffy moggie named Connor, you might see his face pop up here from time to time!)
